Johnson County Single Parent Scholarship
Johnson County offers a scholarship for single parents that must be submitted by June 15 of each year. To qualify you must be single, divorced or widowed. In addition, recipients must have a Pell Grant or be in the process of gaining one.
White Country Single Parent Scholarship

Application deadlines for the Cleveland County single-parent scholarship is July 15 for the fall semester, Nov. 15 for the spring semester and March 15 for the summer semester. Applicants must have a GED or high school diploma, be a single head of household, be close to the poverty level, and have applied or be in the process of applying for a Pell Grant.
Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Northwest Arkansas
Established in 1984, SPSF NWA is a private nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in 1984 that offers $250,000 in scholarships per year. The scholarship can pay for the costs of a student's education and related living expenses. Applicants must be a resident of Carroll, Madison or Washington County and be a Pell Grant applicant with a GPA of at least 2.0. Applicants cannot be above 200 percent of the poverty line.
